MIM Process Introduction

MIM It is a forming process in which a mixture of metal powder and binder is injected into a mold.

Specific metal powders and organic binders are uniformly blended according to the desired properties and density of the finished product. The resulting mixture is granulated and then molded into green compacts using an injection molding machine. Subsequently, the binder is removed from the green compacts via chemical and thermal decomposition processes. Finally, sintering is employed to densify the material and produce the final component. Upon completion, the product undergoes dimensional inspection by the quality‑control department.

This process technology is well suited for the mass production of small, precision‑grade metal components with complex three‑dimensional geometries and specialized performance requirements.
