Principle of Catalytic Degreasing Reaction

Author:

Catalytic Degreasing Reaction Mechanism

Pre‑flushing: Prior to degreasing, introduce nitrogen gas to thoroughly dilute and purge the furnace atmosphere.

Debinding: Introduce concentrated nitric acid containing a catalyst, maintaining the furnace chamber at 95–125°C to induce catalytic cracking of the binder in the workpiece.

Post‑flushing: After degreasing, nitrogen is introduced to thoroughly dilute the formaldehyde and nitric acid generated by the pyrolysis of polyoxymethylene.
